If you are a team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, please apply.DUTIES INCLUDEPrepare handmade pizza using a deck ovenPrepare salads, antipasti and dessertsAssist with tasks from General Manager and Assistant ManagerFollow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the General Manager and Assistant ManagerProperly receive and store delivered itemsAssist in food inventory and controlCommunicate with the manager on any out of stock, or low-stock itemsClean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelinesOther duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
