This Specialty Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:
? Acting as a Brand Ambassador and providing customers with an exceptional customer service experience through an understanding of each customer’s unique needs
? Working in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

Your Team is counting on you as a Specialty Sales Associate to:
? Work the afternoon shift any day of the week, including weekends & holidays
? Work a full-time schedule

Specialty Sales Associate Key Duties:
? Engage customers by creating a memorable, tailor-made customer service experience
? Maintain high energy and a professional manner at all times
? Solve customer problems and exceeds expectations in store while servicing multiple customers
? Meet individual and store sales targets for every working shift
? Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
? Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
? Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
? Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
? Communicate pricing, out of date, and inventory issues with management
? Maintain the store environment, store organization and visual display and store sets
? Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times
? Participate in and complete the Dufry +1 and Out in Front associate training certification program and any Brand/product knowledge training
? Assist in the onboarding and training of new associates
? Process product shipments and transfers and perform related work as assigned

Required Qualifications:
? Exemplify a passion and advocacy for the brand
? Ability to interact with diverse personalities and build relationships with team members and customers
? High degree of interpersonal skills
? Minimum of 2 years of high-end fashion retail experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
