A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Regional Sales Manager.Core Responsibilities of this position include: Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas Maintaining Regional sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Implementing Regional sales programs by developing field sales action plansSkills and Requirements Include: Extensive knowledge of the mortgage process Solid communication and speaking skills Good organizational and analytical skills Minimum 2 years of proven industry results at the Regional Sales Management Level or above Knowledge of how to prepare and present a professional presentation or proposal Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
