Our sales team training is a comprehensive one to six-week program hosted at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

We take care of travel and lodging you come ready to learn Duration of training is based on your knowledge coming in
– our RVP level hires will mostly likely require only one week of training.

Our sales team members leave training with the full support of our corporate teams and field operations teams behind them including receiving leads and setting appointments in your home city before heading back.

We will make sure that you hit the ground running Qualifications: Other than sales experience in either e-Discovery or Court Reporting services and existing client relationships to draw upon, to be a candidate for a sales position at IST Management youll need: Diploma or GED equivalentLegal authorization to work in the United StatesYour Safety and Well-BeingThe interview process for the sales team at IST Management will consist of a combination of phone conversations, video interview, and written assessment forms.

Final round interviews will be held in person at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
