Our national team is expanding and seeking individuals who believe in our mission and are committed to their personal success and the success of those lives they touch.Position: Federal Benefits Advisor (with exclusivity rights upon performance).An Advisor’s job is to meet with and provide comprehensive Federal Benefits consultations to Federal employees within a given territory.

There is an expectation that agents run a minimum of six appointments per week, building a positive reputation within their territory.

There are inherent flaws within the Federal Benefits and Retirement System and a Federal Benefits Advisor is able to educate the Federal employee as to these flaws and customize a plan to fix those problems.

This improves the lives of Federal employees both during their career and after retirement.This is a non-traditional sales position that involves marketing to, and meeting with, Federal Employees.

All applicants must have an active life license, with no outstanding vectors, felonies, pending bankruptcies, or tax liens (ability to be contracted with several life and annuity carriers).
