Sales Development Representative

Belief Agency

This is a Full-time position in Seattle, WA posted June 19, 2021.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified new business leads, qualifying inbound leads, and contributing to the new business process for BeliefAgency.

This role also assists with day to day administration and operational tasks required to collaborate with other teams where business development activities occur.

Belief Agency is a growing 9 year old creative and marketing agency.

Up until this point, the sales process has been run by the Partners at Belief Agency.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious junior sales person to get to work alongside the Partners to build a scalable sales organization and the infrastructure to manage it.

Responsibilities * Field inbound new business opportunities through referrals and the BeliefAgency.com website.* Conduct outbound sales development efforts to generate qualified first meetings.* Manage and maintain sales data in the company CRM and other software programs, ensuring deal flow is prioritized for timely completion of each phase.* Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects* Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to Partners* Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts* Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources* Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle* Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle* Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage* Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep* Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach* Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application* Coordinating with project managers on the scoping and budgeting processes.* Support sales people in the proposal and pitch process.

Qualifications: * 1-4 years of experience in sales or similar field* Strong and professional communication skills –
– written, verbal, presentation * Experience with a CRM and Spreadsheets is preferred* Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently* Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.

Proactive and able to make good decisions in ambiguous situations* Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.* Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes* An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and inclusive manner.* Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
