Responsibilities
Identify and target sales lead Build and maintain relationships with clients Set and exceed sales quotas Research and Prospect clients to understand their specific needs Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes Prepare and effectively present Proposals, conduct product demonstrations, negotiating the terms of the sale, and ensure that the client’s satisfaction is very high with the overall buying experience Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close Develop strong relationships with C’ Level contacts and create a communication plan to drive continuity and deliver high levels of client experience Build and maintain professional networks to increase market presence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3yrs B2B selling experience with proven track record Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process Experience in successfully managing a book of business Self-motivated with an Entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering successful sales revenue results Strong work ethics with a drive for over-achievement.
Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn is preferred
