The Flipt team is looking to double our Inside Sales Team and ramp up new revenue.Responsibilities: Deliver new revenue every month through both inbound lead follow-up, upselling current clients, and outbound cold calls & emailsPresent sales demonstrations to one or multiple prospects at once and adeptly do so over multiple mediums (e.G.
phone, webinar presentation, in-person)Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualificationEffectively communicate value proposition to real estate agents & brokers and adeptly respond to any objections; know the competitors & how our technology has the advantageBe responsive to every customer inquiry* meet & exceed quarterly quotaRequirements: 4-year degree preferredStrong, fearless phone presenceExperience dialing high volume of calls/dayExperience working in a the tech industry preferred (start-up, a plus!)Excellent verbal & written skillsExperience working within the real estate industry is a plusCompany Perks: Be apart of a unique team and a company with a big missionWork in a beautiful coworking office with unlimited coffee and tea.Opt in Happy Hour every Thursday at 4:30 (Food & Beverages provided)Team building events (Do you like to bowl, rock climb, do yoga?
