Member Service Representative

We are currently hiring for a Member Service Representative in our Everett location. You will get to play an integral part in making your branch successful and an opportunity to grow your career in the financial industry. Duties:Working with members to complete transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers) including cash handling.Help advise members on products and services that may be beneficial to their current financial situation.Cash counting/distribution. In this role, you will get to provide guidance and help to our members meet their financial goals. The team is a fun supportive group and the manager promotes growth within the team by providing hands on coaching and training. If you enjoy a fast paced and learning environment, then this position will be a great fit for you.QualificationsRequirements:1 year of customer service experienceSales and cash handling experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentThis position requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
