AMS is looking for a competitive Sales Associate who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Our ideal sales associate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

We are seeking an initiative taker, quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

As a Sales Associate, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s supplements products and maximize sales growth, while representing the company in the best manner.

Responsibilities
Find and reach out to key retail and wholesale accounts.

Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Working closely with the Sales Manager to set a strategy and execute it to bring in sales Following up on referrals including new account inquiries and trade show leads Planning and performing sales calls, cold calls, presentations, training and events as needed Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.

Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.

Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to new and existing customers.

Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.

Getting orders from clients, and ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data Build positive trust relationships with clients to influence targeted group in the decision making process

· Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Rep, preferably in the medical field.

Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues Knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred: BS degree in relevant field (sales, management, communication) Preferred: Fluent in Spanish not required but is a plus
