Position Summary Virtuosity Consulting’s Sales and Marketing Team is a high-performing engine driving brand awareness and qualified sales opportunities.

We are currently seeking a well-connected Business Development Executive experienced in selling technical solutions and/or software development services and capable of adapting to drive the ultimate value of Virtuosity’s services to prospective clients.

Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a “no excuses”, get-it-done sales and account management professional with demonstrated work in the Technology and/or Engineering fields, able to develop and cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers while upholding an ethical, collaborative sales process.

Our Business Development Executive must be entrepreneurial and will enjoy the challenge of working in a startup environment.

You will utilize your passion for developing strong business relationships to develop and grow new and existing accounts throughout North America (including notable clients like Microsoft, Amazon, Bentley, Parametric, Holland America, and Milliman), while working closely with our Recruiting team to provide clear requirements and timely updates.

Summary * Understand and articulate Virtuosity managed services/services solutions to business pain points with executive level prospects and/or clients* Solve multiple business challenges and/or offer multi-pronged solutions* Identify future deals while giving input into prioritization and strategy of pursuits* Sales administration: participate in weekly and periodic team meetings; keep updated records within Salesforce and other reporting tools Requirements * You have sold staff augmentation or project based services into Microsoft or Amazon* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, sales or marketing)* 5+ years of experience working in a sales or account management role selling technical services and or staffing solutions* 5+ years of B2B sales experience with mid to large enterprise accounts* Understanding of sales operations related enablement with focus on pipeline, opportunity management and forecasting cadence and process as it relates to sales process, skills, and training needs Why You’ll Love Us * Flexible work schedules (Part-time and FTE opportunities available)* Vacation, Sick, & Holiday pay* 401k matching* Medical, dental and vision benefits* Professional development & peer mentoring opportunities* Team outings & volunteer opportunities* Open, sophisticated workspace and fully stocked kitchen Equal Opportunity Statement ?
