Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
– Auburn, WA Successful, well established Farmers Insurance Agency in Auburn, WA is seeking a professional who can provide an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:-Provide administrative support to agents and producers-Prepare renewal policies for commercial clients-Answer incoming calls and greet clients-Assist clients with billing questions and process payments-Communicate with billing, claims, and customer service on behalf of clients-Mail policy documents-Cross sell products to current clients Requirements:-Current Insurance license or must be obtained within 60 days of being hired-Be able to pass Criminal Background Check-Minimum 2 years prior customer service experience in an office setting required-Prefer background in insurance-Strong communication and organizational skills-Career and goal oriented-Strong computer skills-Bilingual Spanish preferred-Team player!!!
