A rapidly growing Travel Services company near Renton, WA is looking to hire a Customer Experience Representative to join their team!

Job Details: Pay: $17-$18/hr DOE Location: Renton, WA Parking: Yes Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm Benefits: 401k matching, Vision, Dental, Medical, PTO.

Brief overview of Job Duties: •Respond to emails and take incoming phone calls from potential customers.

•Provide a warm experience for the customer at all times during communication.

•Diagnose any issues with the customer and respond in a prompt and effective manner.

•Record detailed notes in the system for customer interactions.

•Work closely with a team with a family mindset.

•Assist all office duties.

•Help plan office outings to further strengthen the team bond.

Preferred Qualifications: •3+ years of Customer Service in a retail setting.

•Call center experience is a big plus.

•Positive attitude is a must have •This is a great position for someone who is looking to move out of face to face customer service, and into an office setting.

•Candidates must have strong technological skills to keep up with the dual monitor system.

•Multi-tasking skills a must.
