The Director of IT Operations will provide technical operational leadership to ensure the day to day operations of Ste Michelle’s diverse technology infrastructure meets the needs of our growing business. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert as well as drive and implement consistent IT programs.In this role, you will:Define and maintain an infrastructure lifecycle roadmap and investment planEnsure day-to-day operations of technology infrastructure, network, servers, personal/mobile computing and cloud servicesHold service providers accountable to SLAs Manage service providersDevelop and share metrics of real-time infrastructure healthPlan and execute maintenance and upgrade procedures during and after business hoursManage disaster recovery and business continuity systems and assist with testing proceduresManage and maintain Citrix, thin client and virtual infrastructureProvide varied end-user support via phone, email and on-site visitsEnsure help desk processes, staff and SLA requirementsDocument systems, modifications and changes in Microsoft Visio and task management systemsIdentify emerging trends that impacts the cost or risk to our IT infrastructure investmentsSupervise adherence to Information Security FrameworksServe as an escalation on-call contact on a 24×7 basisEnsure consistent and secure administration of SaaS toolsWe are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science5+ years of technical support management experiencePrior management of an IT Help Desk team or IT Department StaffMust have basic knowledge and experience with current data center technologies, such as: Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, system and network design and security, backup and recovery and system monitoringStrong service orientation and the ability to build and maintain a customer focused support cultureExperience with industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, ISOOutstanding organizational and interpersonal skills; highly developed verbal and written communicationExperience implementing and tracking service level and metrics reportingExperience developing and streamlining processesExperience with contract and vendor negotiations and management, including managed servicesExperience with SaaS deployments and administrationWho you are:You are curious and continuously learn and grow your capabilities.You respect and value the power of conversation to bring people together, learn and solve problems.You value inclusion and work to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and every voice is heard.You are innovative and have the courage to pursue new ideas.You make an impact by being bold and taking action.We believe in developing the leadership potential of our employees by providing opportunities for training, development and advancement.In addition to the opportunity to apply and develop your skills toward key business objectives, we offer an excellent compensation package including a competitive base salary, comprehensive health insurance, participation in our 401k programs and incentive compensation programs as well as a relocation assistance package.QualificationsEducationBachelors (required)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
