CDL A Driver – Swing Shift

Are you an experienced Class A Driver looking for a permanent role that requires local only driving? Atlas Staffing is hiring a CDL A Driver for full-time, temp-to-hire position with a great company!

Objective: In this position you will be responsible for daily delivery of product, mostly taking place at the location itself. Though a CDL A license is required and driving will be central to the job, much of the work will require loading and unloading product, either by hand or using a fork lift. All driving is local, and this job is home every night!

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Delivering product to local sites
• Loading product into the delivery vehicles or trailers, installing straps, bracing, and padding
• Unloading product in a safe and efficient manner
• Completing and returning all required paperwork
• Maintaining accurate logs and records

CDL A Driver Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of CDL A experience is required
• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 years of flatbed experience is preferred
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Willingness to spend much of the day loading and unloading product is required – this is not solely a driving position!

Shift: Monday – Friday; 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Wage: $20.00-23.00/hr. DOE
