Driver/Mover

Express in Everett has paired with a moving company is looking to add a Driver/Mover to their team.

This company is looking for someone who enjoys helping people move, as well as to become a driver.

Responsibilities will include assisting customers by moving their belongings into a truck or a storage container, lifting up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis.

Candidates will be trained as a driver and move to that role after the evaluation period.

Driver/Mover Pay rate: Earn up to $24.00 per hour depending upon experience.

The pay increases after the probationary period and is based upon work ethic and performance.

Location: Everett, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:00pm, overtime may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Assist with loading and unloading of the trucks-Drive the 23ft box truck to and from various locations-Do the pre and post checks of the truck being driven-Ensure it is clean and neat before and after use-Unloading of belongings at the client site How to be successful: -Experience driving box trucks; example: U-Haul or Penske-Obtain a clean driving abstract prior to the interview-Due to insurance protocols, the age requirement for this position is 21 years of age and above-Have no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years-No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years-Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently-Reliable and exemplary attendance history-Have excellent customer service skills
