$300 referral bonus for each driver referred and hired. Also receive $.01 per mile for every mile the referred driver runs.
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $100 for the first quarter employed and every consecutive quarter the bonus increases $50 with a cap at $250/Quarter.

Requirements:

A valid Class A CDL
At least 2 years of driving experience
Be at least 22 years old

BH Trans Inc is a small, family-oriented trucking company located in Indianapolis, IN. We treat all our employees like family. Our drivers are our biggest assets and each driver is a unique individual. We are always trying to get to know them better and understand how they like to work and then cater our work around that. We don t like to make every driver fit into a mold. Each driver (family member) should be treated based on their personality, communication and work preferences. We don t refer to drivers by their truck numbers or employee ID s, we call them by their names. All our OTR equipment is 2016 or newer and we have a very friendly dispatch. Given our size, we are able to give more attention to each driver so we ensure they are able to run the maximum mile possible. We understand this is a job and earning a high paycheck is a priority so we definitely work to deliver on that.
