Shenandoah Growers, Inc. is hiring Non-CDL Local Refrigerated Drivers to join our private fleet, make deliveries to local customers, and play an integral role in helping us redefine how to bring fresh, organic, and sustainably farmed produce to market. Compensation * Average weekly gross pay: $1,045 $1,140 * $19 per hour approximately 55-60 hours a week * Bonuses * Sign-on bonus: $3,000 paid upon completion of service – $1,500 after 90 days and remaining after completion of a year * Clean Inspection Award: $100; eligible if stopped with no citation or violation * Accident Free Bonus: $500; eligible upon completion of 12 months without an accident * Annual Incentive Bonus: $1,000 based on attendance, workplace conduct, performance, MVR record * Driver referral bonus: $2,000 paid in 4 instalments * Paid weekly on Fridays.
