Director, Product Management Market Strategy and Insights Overview of Position Product Strategist Leader brings together teams across Enterprise Imaging functions to help products execute optimally driven by sound market strategy and insights.

They drive to scale the portfolio at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment and working effectively across functional lines.

They are responsible of key components of product strategy i.E.

analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building strategy, competitive analysis and product roadmap and plans that drive Innovation and Growth.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

* Gather, analyze, visualize and present large amounts of market, competitor and customer data expeditiously; develop compelling and insightful strategic recommendations.

Highlight the data trends, insights as visualizations and narrative content to articulate the strategy to customers, BoDs and industry analyst organizations.

* Utilize customer & competitor intelligenceand insights, support Product manager define the product value proposition, and develop the business and product strategy for Enterprise Imaging * Develop a deep understanding of the target market, including competition, customer needs, market dynamics and partnerships.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product plan is aligned with overall strategy to capture/grow the market-share * Help build product strategy and multi-year product roadmap, based on business and market insights.

* Accountable for business and product strategies that sustain and grow CHC’s competitive advantage in the product category * Lead the effort to refine and republish our Enterprise Imaging Strategy and rationalize the portfolio each year * Support development of pricing strategy, ROI calculation, working closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, GTM, Pricing & other stakeholders * Manage key business and industry analyst relationships like KLAS, HIMSS.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

* 10+ years broad and deep product management experience * Strong Medical Imaging/ PACS, Healthcare and or SaaS background and experience preferred * Healthcare market intelligence consulting background preferred * MS/MD degree, MBA preferred What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

* Director-level product strategy experience leading rapid organic growth through organizational scaling * Results oriented, proven track record of development of product strategy and associated roadmaps * Very high EQ.

Must have the emotional intelligence to lead in our complex cross-functional org * Able to articulate and deliver clear and concise messages internally and externally with excellent presentation skills What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
