The Counter Studio City CA is a contemporary burger restaurant with customizable gourmet burgers, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free offerings, craveable starters, creamy shakes; plus beer and wine.

Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant Manage staff during daily shifts assuming lead on majority of positions.

Involvement in inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant Assist with the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members Assist in developing/writing the restaurant schedule Other duties as assigned Requirments: Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience and 2 years restaurant experience Exceptional communication skills Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
