ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENTWashington13-17 YearsUSASR NumberECOS/ECOS/2021/1459053Job Description (Posting).-Evangelizing HCL solutions that are available on MS cloud to the Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) team-The person will generate a funnel of opportunities / pursuits along with MCS to ensure adoption of HCL solutions on MS cloud-The role will involve determination of the right connects within the MCS ecosystem, and staying engaged with them-The person will collaborate with MBU stakeholders (offering managers, architects, BDMs) to ensure the crafting a solution that may involve bunding of one of more MBU and or partner / customer offerings.-The person should have a high degree of comfort in meeting with and presenting the solution, the value proposition to large and small business and technical audiences.-The person should be able to conduct pricing discussions and negotiations, and work with the legal and sales operations teams to take contracts to closure-The role will involve providing inputs from the market to MBU stakeholders regarding competitive positioning of HCL solutions, any differentiated solutions that are available for acquisition / purchase from other partners / customers-A priority for the role is to provide regular updates on the size and quality of the funnel, the opportunities and escalate any issues that can be deal breakers and bring them to the attention of management-The ability to create credible, trusted-advisor, relationships and manage complex stakeholder landscapes is critical to this role – solve issues, address escalations and proactively ensure that products can be sold, implemented and support throughout the entire lifecycle-The role is Global and interfaces directly with various MBU stakeholders and with Microsoft.(1.) To ensure generation of EE,EN and NN revenue of all accounts mapped (2.) To maintain Gross Net Margin percent of all accounts mapped (3.) To ensure tracking and adherence to overall Transition and transformation budget allocated to all accounts where transitionor transformation is clearly identified. (4.) To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined targets of all accounts mapped (5.) To ensure retention of all accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT)orEngagement and referencability (6.) To ensures business results including assistance in Project acquisition from Bid defence and ContractorProposal review perspective (7.)
