Seeking a very customer oriented, personable, dynamic individual to add to our well established professional staff. ADP/CDK experience a plus, customer service experience a must, RV experience helpful. Great schedule and environment to work in. Responsibilities will include shop flow, overseeing advisers and transportation. Duties will also include watching overtime, tech efficiency, unapplied labor, monitoring units on the lot, warranty repairs, recruiting, managing budgets and spreadsheets etc…We will help you relocate!

Job Requirements:

• Hire new customer service technicians
• Managing technicians and service advisors, to customer service
• Facilitate technical training for field service technicians
• Oversee monthly emergency service schedule with the service technicians
• Managing all service department employees
• Manage field technicians for service-related issues
• Advise service manager of necessary repair service including estimates of cost
• Oversee the service department, technicians, service advisors, and service lane
• Manage the activities of service technicians
• Oversee the service department and service drive
• Manage service technicians and supporting staff
• Direct the work of the service coordinators and service technicians
• Direct overall service department operations
• Providing training for service department employees
• Develop parts and service personnel
• Assist in customer service duties
• Verify customer satisfaction and performance by service technician
• Ensure that service personnel respond to service calls
• Review current service department performance
• Ensure the service technicians perform required job duties
