“Production Supervisor II” (Senior Level Supervisor) Day Shift (7a-3p) Dolco Packaging is the leading manufacturer of polystyrene foam egg cartons in the United States.

In addition, Dolco manufactures fruit, poultry and meat trays, as well as other foodservice packaging solutions.

SUMMARY Senior level Supervisor capable of successfully fulfilling Production Manager role in his/her absence.

Uses hands on experience & functional expertise to mentor, teach, and be a support resource to Production Supervisor I.

Actively drives/leads Continuous Improvement projects; regularly communicating results to Production Manager, Plant Manager, & workforce.

Directs and coordinates the line manufacturing operations of a department or shift to meet company standards as to SAFETY, quality, quantity, cost, schedules and profitability.

Serves as primary conduit for fostering a work environment consistent with company philosophy and objectives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Ability to lead, motivate, select, train and instruct personnel.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational communication and mechanical skills.

Computer skills required for multiple graphs, reports and charts.

Demonstrated success leading projects.

Manufacturing environment experience required.

College degree in a related field; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Certifications: TWI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, CPR/First Aid If you meet the above qualifications/experience, APPLY TODAY!
