nn nnThis role is responsible for positioning and capture execution of Federal healthcare opportunities.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:n
• Develops and executes capture plans for the pursuit and capture of key opportunities.n
• Obtains market as well as competitive intelligence and develops solution, teaming and pricing strategies.n
• Participates in bid decisions, develops and presents the opportunities at phase/gate reviews for approval.n
• Leads the development and evaluation of technical content and contractual compliance of proposals.n
• Partners with operations to develop winning strategies.n
• Participates in the proposal process and provides recommendations for improvement of quality/content.n
• Collaborates with Business Development Account Manager to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements.nn nn Qualifications nn nnRequires a BA/BS; 10+ years of demonstrated experience in capture management, strategic planning and business development with Federal agencies, proven successful past performance leading capture activities for significant opportunities ($ 100 million or more); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Travel will be required as necessary.nn nn Preference will be given to the candidates that have experience in healthcare and healthcare IT systems within both civilian and defense agencies.
