We are recruiting for the following position(s):CD Case Manager – Posting #20138Position Summary:Full-time position available for a Chemical Dependency Case Manager for our Lynnwood Behavioral Health Program. The CD Case Manager is a liaison between the public and the facility, organizing and providing direct counseling services to patients. Also provides a one-to-one or group counseling, assessment, evaluation and intakes. These services are provided to adults and their families. These clients have a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder and may also have mental health issues. Applicants are expected to subscribe to the disease concept of chemical dependency with the belief that total abstinence is required for ongoing recovery from alcoholism and other drug addiction. This position will include evening hours to run night treatment groups.Education and/or Experience:* Must have completed all the classes required to become a Chemical Dependency Professional* Must have completed all the practicum hours required by the State Department of Health to become a Chemical Dependency Professional.* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.What We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
