As a Customer Account Manager you will work closely with customers, the business units, and the sales personnel to promote Allegro solutions to maintain and increase sales.This role requires diligent follow through on business opportunities with new and existing customers for both current and new products while acting consistent with business unit objectives.
Acts as a liaison between in-house personnel, sales personnel and customers to provide product knowledge to support the development of new applications.
Coordinate review of customers’ specifications and work with in-house technical personnel to make appropriate product recommendations.
Provide sales personnel with price quotations, delivery specifications, product information and quality documentation, as required.
Initiate regular interaction with customers through oral and written communication.
n nResponsibilitiesn You will be responsible for developing and tracking business plans for an assigned territory.
Track existing and new customer demand for for the current planning period.
Coordinate account activity within the assigned territory.
Maintain product forecasts and communicate major changes in program activity, including program ramps to Master Planning and Operations.
Prepare a variety of reports dealing with business plan status, business opportunities, lost business, bookings status, etc.
for the assigned territory.Provides product information/assistance on problems of simple to moderate scope to customers, sales personnel and field sales representatives.
Exercise judgment in use of professional concepts and company policies/procedures to develop solutions to a wide range of problems in a creative and effective manner.
Document customer communication to internal and external team members.
n nQualificationsn The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, with 5+ years of related experience.
