As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

The Director of the Jones Integrated Procedure Center is responsible for planning and managing patient care, nursing and support services in assigned service lines as well as interfacing with key service line stakeholders across the organization.

This position provides overall direction and leadership for day-to-day operations of assigned service lines.

The director will provide leadership to develop and implement strategies and policies to accomplish delivery of services at best possible levels of cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

This job places strong emphasis on the following outcomes: the achievement of the aggressive development & dissemination of best practices and the cultivation of a highly-effective work unit.

The Jones Integrated Procedure Center includes the following procedural specialties as well as a dedicated prep and post anesthesia care team: Therapeutic Endoscopy Interventional Radiology Electrophysiology Cardiac Cath Lab Qualifications: Master”s degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration required.

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington may be required.

Extensive clinical and business knowledge of the relevant service line, which may include appropriate certifications.

Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of budgets and planning.

Preferred: Five years combined clinical and supervisory/managerial experience.
