The TCRM Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team is the premier TCRM Analytics team in Salesforce.

ACE supports a wide variety of our trailblazers community such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Customers and Partners in tackling those tasks which are exceptionally challenging, providing thought leadership on TCRM application and use, as well as evangelization and trailblazer enablement.

ACE exists under the TCRM product management organization and has a direct connection to the development of the product while still being engaged in pre sales support and post sales advisory roles.This director role includes ownership of the premier TCRM Analytics Academy training program.

We are looking for someone who has a great depth of Analytics experience and a passion for helping others gain knowledge in our domain.

Our Analytics Academies have grown over the course of 3 years and we have trained more than 13,000 attendees.

This premier set of training is so coveted by customers that we were urgently requested to create a virtual option within a month of the pandemic lockdown to continue to be able to provide our valuable service to customers.The Salesforce Einstein Analytics Center of Excellence team is looking for an outstanding solution architect Director to join us and champion the Academy program.

In addition we work together as a team to help the largest and most complex data challenges in the world to help our customers most effectively unlock insights from their data.

As well as publishing the principal best practice blogs and documentation that inspire and empower our customer Analytics trailblazer community.Responsibilities:Coordinate with 2 Academy coordinators to be able to deliver at least 8 global academies a month virtually.Oversight of the coordinators as they perform scheduling, booking, invitee email communication, slack & chatter posts, confirming customer nominations, event invitation management, ordering catering, etc.Personally deliver 2-3 Virtual Academies per monthWith the coordinators, manage operations such as updating campaigns, gathering post attendance feedback and reporting for constant innovation and improvement.In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of TCRMWork closely with product management and engineering teams to improve TCRM and ensure high quality solutions to our customersTake the lead in pioneering and publishing best practices implementation of TCRM features and supporting the execution of these best practices at scale across thousands of TCRM customersAuthor or otherwise contribute to TCRM customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs and posts on the trailblazer communityBe capable to expand into similar responsibilities for Einstein Discovery (ED)When travel is safe, this position would include about 25% travelQualifications:At least 15 years design/implementation/consulting experience with Analytics, BI, Cloud applications8+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, data management and database architecture8+ years relevant experience in technology/software sales, cloud computing8+ years demonstrating leadership across large scale Analytics projectsWorking knowledge of software development tools, life-cycle, processes, methodologiesTechnical degree required; Computer Science or Math background highly desiredAdditional Beneficial Skills:Experience with query languages like SAQL, SOQL, SQL, Apache Pig or similar technologiesKnowledge of building AI modelsExperience with scripting languages like Python and JavaScriptExperience working within software development or Internet-related industriesExperience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloudPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizationsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklySalesforce Architecture Certifications: Technical Architect, Application Architect, SystemsAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
