Based in beautiful Ridgefield, WA we are actively looking to hire an experienced Director of Nursing.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Nursing and Health Services Department.

The DON must be able to ensure the delivery of quality general and psychiatric nursing care.

Ability to engage, energize and deliver learning results that “stick” in a fast paced environment is crucial.

This position is a key member of the team and will support and assist our team to ensure the safety and quality to our patients.
Fort Vancouver National Historic Site is simply a must-see for all visitors to the area.

Aside from touring through a working blacksmith shop, wood shop, and other period trades at the reconstructed fort, kids can actually dig for artifacts on site.

Make sure to stop next door at Pearson Air Museum to get a historic perspective on aviation or even take a ride in one of the restored airplanes.
There are plenty of outdoor attractions to keep kids busy The Columbia Springs Environmental Education Center is a 100-acre space that is designed to entertain kids with nature trails and a fish hatchery, and the Water Resources Education Center has hands-on activities designed to give children a closer look at our drinking water and where it comes from.

Job Details
Sub Detox experience required Addiction experience required 3+ years of DON experience preferred Will consider 3-5 years of Charge Nurse experience Directs all day-to-day operations of the Nursing and Health Services Department Able to work individually as well as in a team setting
