The Director of Nursing Services will join a resident-focused team at this beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community. The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) will lead a staff with long-term tenure and a commitment to having a positive impact on the seniors they serve each day. Director of Nursing Services Responsibilities:Effectively and efficiently use resources to attain and maintain the highest level of care for all residents in skilled nursingManage daily care services of the long-term care and rehabSuccessfully develop and monitor systems to achieve clinical excellenceDemonstrated experience in personnel management and strategic planningAttend weekly leadership meetingsDirector of Nursing Services Qualifications:RN license in the state of Washington in good standing requiredKnowledgeable and experienced in restorative and rehabilitative nursing careLong Term Care experience Minimum Data Set (MDS) knowledgeIdeally 2/3 yrs. experience DON, ADON, DNS in Long Term CareMust have survey process and regulations exp or knowledgeDirector of Nursing Services Benefits:Salary $100k Full Benefits Package/Employer Paid Life Insurance403b matchPTO/Sick Pay
