The ideal candidate will be able to provide project management training and coaching to their direct team, and executive coaching where needed influencing thought development and new initiatives.

This employee leverages a deep functional and operational knowledge of design and implementation of new (and optimize existing) people programs, projects, initiatives, and services.

They provide leadership for the evaluation of continuous improvement programs benefitting KCU and have experience leading business process improvement initiatives.

This director will be responsible for the overall strategic translation and implementation of KCU’s Strategic Plan.

Principal Accountabilities:Cultivate and guide the Project Management team to perform and deliver timely and accurately to management’s ability to meet deadlines on key initiatives; developing scope aligned with the organizational priorities, including ongoing leadership coachingLead change-management initiatives across business units with close attention to both the big picture and smaller details, building trust with formal and informal stakeholdersDevelop in-depth business analysis to identify key trends in revenues, costs, margins, pricing, and profitability across the business unitsResponsible as the point of contact between cross functional business units, vendors and Project Sponsor(s) and influence them to take positive action for areas or responsibility implementing accountability measures to ensure growth and success Basic Qualifications:4-year degree in Finance, Business, Leadership, or related fieldPMP or other business process optimization certification5+ years managing technical subject matter experts through strategic planning initiatives Preferred Qualifications:Previous change management experiencePrevious experience working with executive leaders, c-suite executives and/or overseeing boardGraduate degreePreferred course work including Project Management, Leadership, Management and Business fundamentals, and familiarity with thought leaders therein.
