District Manager – Pacific Coast Energy

Job DescriptionAs our district manager for Pacific Coast Energy, you’ll provide overall leadership to our team so we can provide quality propane and HVAC services to residential and business customers.In addition to being responsible for the daily operations in Battle Ground, WA, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact to the business by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors. Helping to develop a productive team of employees through hiring, training, and coaching will be key to ensuring business success.Other key responsibilities will include:Ensuring financial goals are met through effective management of the businessManaging customer accounts and collectionsProviding resolution to customer complaints and/or inquiriesDemonstrating a strong commitment to safetyThe appropriate person for this role will have a background in sales and business management along with experience in one or more of the transportation, service or HVAC industries.
