General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for our high-growth Mt.

Baker location.

The right individual will share our passion for food, cocktails, wine and service.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership while having the autonomy to make Mio feel like your own.

A keen interest in developing strong leadership and management skills including fostering teamwork, communicating clearly, and conflict resolution is requisite. You will be working directly with ownership and Director of Operations for support.

This ‘hands-on’ position combines day-to-day management of logistics, costs, and staff, and requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of leadership, customer service, food and drink execution.

We are offering a competitive salary, $70k-$80k plus bonus.

We pay 100% health care for our full-time employees as well as dental.

We provide paid vacation and sick days, as well as four paid personal days a year.

This position is also eligible for period end bonuses.

Mioposto, meaning “my place” in Italian, is a neighborhood pizzeria, Italian kitchen, and bar with four locations in the Mt.

Baker, Ravenna, Admiral, and Mercer Island Neighborhoods.
