A stable community healthcare system seeks an experienced Director of Nursing Hospital to join their Administrative management team in serene and breathtaking Eastern Washington.

The Director of Nursing Hospital will report to the Chief Clinical Officer and oversee all nursing units at this beloved community hospital. The Director of Nursing Hospital will be well supported by Nursing Managers over each of the acute care units including Emergency, Critical Care, Medical Surgical, OB, and Operating Room.

The  Director of Nursing Hospital is a strategic planner who can help the CCO and CAO identify the hospitals’ goals through this time of growth. The  Director of Nursing Hospital will conduct performance evaluations and communicate with all levels of nursing staff to guide where to build out units and hire more RNs. Strong staff and departmental leadership skills are a great asset.

The Director of Nursing Hospital will oversee a diverse acute care medical center with a proven presence in the community and while the position will allow for the opportunity to apply creativity and advanced leadership skills that will positively impact patients and the system as a whole, bringing Best Practice Leadership and an Agent of Change attitude to the heart of this position will be the core responsibility.
