Housing Case Manager

This position provides case management for two YWCA Housing Services programs in Snohomish County: Permanent Supporting Housing Program and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Program. The Housing Case Manager will work 20 hours for RRH with 5 participants in their caseload. The Housing Case Manager will work 20 hours for Permanent Supportive Housing with 7 participants in their caseload.Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides structured, goal-oriented casework for families in Permanent Supportive Housing Program. Rapid Rehousing provides progressive housing stability case management and advocacy for participants in RRH Program. This position has a social justice component that will require critical thinking around how external systems impact the work that we are doing through the lens of racism and intersections with poverty. Knowing the core principals of antiracism and grounding those principles in everyday work, as well as working well in non-white environments and championing anti-racism policy, are required job skills and core values.
