HRIS Manager

PCC Natural Markets

This is a Full-time position in WA posted July 11, 2021.

We are looking for a strong candidate to support the overall execution of all aspects of the HCM (Human Capital Management) Solution.

This role partners with finance, human resources, and operations to provide an excellent experience for all users of the HCM software.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and scale processes, procedures, and system functionality.

They will also develop and execute controls to maintain strong internal compliance.+ Provides expertise in the areas of payroll, HCM solutions, and analytics+ Acts as a strategic partner to the Director of HRIS and Payroll determine how best to support the organization through HCM and payroll data+ Ensures all transactions are performed accurately, cost-effectively, and in accordance with business needs+ Provides HCM, payroll, and financial technical support for the co-op+ Reviews, tests and modifies processes, training materials and reporting; manages periodic system upgrades and oversees planning, testing, configuration, and adoption of new functionality+ Develops and maintains HCM solution standards and controls to ensure data integrity, security, and functionality.

Provides policy and decision-making processes related to payroll compliance+ Provides data, metrics, and reports to management and leadership as requested+ Develops and delivers training, Standard Operating Procedures, and job aids for HCM, payroll, store management, and staff+ Leads HCM and payroll-related projects and process changes as assigned+ Anticipates future HR needs and ensures HCM software are in place to meet future needs of the organization+ Must maintain objectivity and discretion with highly sensitive information as well as strict company and employee confidentiality+ Other duties as assigned+ Reports to: Director of HRIS and Payroll+ Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation toward staff and public+ 6+ years of progressive experience in HRIS and Payroll+ CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) desired+ Working knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, wage and hour law, and human resources systems required+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve with excellent attention to detail+ Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and ability, remotely and in person+ Dayforce HRIS, ATS and Payroll experience highly preferred+ Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook with emphasis on proficient use of Excel and Dayforce reporting required+ Experience working in a union environment preferred+ Ability to create, generate and modify system reports and solve complex data and system issues+ Available to work some evenings and weekends, and able to travel to all store locations and to other work-related locations when neededPCC is a company where culture and values are at the heart of who we are and what we do.
