Identity Team Lead (Manager)

Description The Information Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead identifies, investigates, resolves and develops processes, procedures and associated documentation relative to security of computer systems, networks and telecommunications along with addressing privacy, confidentiality and standards administration.

The Team Lead focuses on identity and access management aspects of information security and serves as a leader for managing all aspects of access control tools and identity management processes and technologies.

This position is internally facing and will be partnering with all Business Units to define roles, rules, and and IAM processes for these BUs.

Consulting with the risk management teams and other executives will also be critical for success as this IAM Team Lead should be on the forefront of technology initiatives and ahead of the overall business growth.

The IAM Team Lead will have 3 groups reporting to them Identity Developers, Identity Associates, and the Identity Analysts.

Skills IAM, Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD, Identity, Access, Authorization, Authentication, Zero Trust Top Skills Details 1.) 5+ years experience managing technical and functional teams in a regulated environment (healthcare, financial services, banking, government) 2.) Experience supporting organizational identity management external and internal identities 3.) Experience leading teams that are leveraging the industries leading IAM technologies Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD Additional Skills Qualifications Great communication when it comes to setting goals, processes, and services for organization.
