Your responsibilities may includenn nnManaging demand planning and forecasting teams, using the latest analytical models to get ahead of the next big supply chain eventnn nnBeing responsible for key supply chain metrics and driving initiatives to improvenn nnDriving inventory and Lifecyle improvement initiativesnn nnBuilding and managing supplier relationshipsnn nnWorking to get the secure the right levels of inbound supply at the right timenn nnLeading transformation initiatives and projects to continue to develop our digital supply chainnn nnLeading and developing your team, building a culture of open-ness and feedbacknn nn Required Technical and Professional Expertise nn nnA minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operational Supply Chain roles including supplier management, demand planning and forecasting, supply assurancenn nnExperience in delivering successful Supply Chain transformation projectsnn nnLeadership Experience in a complex global supply chain environment with a track record of excellencenn nnDeep understanding of multiple Supply Chain Domains and ability to think strategicallynn nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the flexibility required to work in a global environmentnn nnDemonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Office Suitenn nn Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise nn nnExperience in using the Supply Chain planning tool Kinaxis Rapid Responsenn nnExperience in manufacturing, electronics supply chainsnn nnUnderstanding of the latest and future industry trends in Supply Chainnn nnUnderstanding of the latest technology such as AI, Blockchainnn nn About Business Unit nn nnIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
