OverviewSBM Management is searching for a GMP Supervisor!
The GMP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities within the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) program and demonstrating and implementing safe work practices and procedures.
The ideal GMP Supervisor will be highly organized, with experience managing large janitorial crews.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of team employeesAssist in the hiring, on-boarding and training of new employeesCompile written reportsPerform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipmentAct as the conduit of information between management and front-line staffTrack equipment and supply inventoryReport employee personnel and customer issues to managerProvide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvementMaintain detailed recordsQualificationsExperience in janitorial or facilities management preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferredAbility to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detailCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (emails and reports)2+ years management experienceMust have GMP experienceCompensation: $60,000/yearShift: Saturday Wednesday, 3pm 12am
