Job Details
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Related Engineering field Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience Experience leading a team of engineers Experience collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Shipping and Sanitation Previous consumer goods or food operations/production experience Experience or Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and other environment regulation Knowledge of can seams, thermal processing, production flow dynamic and strong communication skills Project and Process Management experience
