Manager for dessert QSR in Capitol Hill

Old School Frozen Custard is now hiring for a full time manager to re-open and reshape an existing business.

This role will be given an immense level of autonomy and resources to achieve their goals and be rewarded accordingly.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Hiring, training, scheduling and performance review of new staff

COGS and prime management

Inventory and supply ordering and acquisition

Vendor management

Payroll submission

Budget Management

Operational maintenance

Requirements

3-5 years previous experience managing a QSR/FSR or equivalent experience.

Entrepreneurial and/or previous experience owning your own restaurant preferred.

Candidates that are proven self starters and prefer not to be micromanaged will excel in this role and environment.

Must have own transportation.

Ability to delegate work and/or can get “hands dirty”

Base compensation for this role starts at $50K with an upper limit of $120K+ based on performance and achieving specific goals.
