This role contributes to Starbucks success by leading the Performance and Inventory management strategy team.

You will lead the development of the inventory management strategy, as well as the business performance framework for Global Supply Chain.

You will also have responsibility for strategic initiatives, including assisting in the development of the approach, leading cross functional teams, developing and communicating recommendations to senior level management.

manager, performance and inventory management, you will lead the team responsible for:
Set goals and manage roadmap to drive Global Supply Chain strategic priorities in the areas of Business Performance Management and Inventory Strategies Provide leadership in key strategic innovation and new platform development projects Supports partners by providing coaching, direction and developmental opportunities to drive professional growth

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to lead others through a high degree of complexity and ambiguity to create Supply Chain solutions Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and/or Inventory Management in a high growth, dynamic organization Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to establish cross-functional relationships with business and technology partners Ability to collaborate and drive consensus leveraging persuasive presentation skills Ability to negotiate and influence Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Strong financial and statistical understanding
