This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and a competitive salary!n n Responsibilitiesn n Oversee production processes for cGMP manufacturing operations by establishing priorities, clear expectations, and demonstrating high standards of work practices.nTrain, coach, and mentor technicians and associates on manufacturing functions, including compliance on all company/regulatory quality systems, safety procedures, and SOPs.nComplete required cGMP documentation including but not limited to deviation reports, change control, product changeover and maintenance.nPerform and monitor staff during unit operations as described in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.nReview and ensure errors during manufacturing operations are corrected.nReview and approve executed manufacturing MBRs.nResponsible for daily organization of work flow and delegating responsibilities for shift operations as needed.nResponsible for development of staff (i.e.

goal setting, assignment of development activities, performance reviews, etc.)nOther duties as assigned.n nSupervises daily team operationsnProvides technical leadership in a specific work areanPrioritizes and assigns project goals; ensures tasks are completed and work area goals are metnCoordinates with other supervisors and teams to meet the business need and output requirementsnMay coach team members on task and skill proficiency and performance with manager’s guidancenSupervises daily team operationsnProvides technical leadership in a specific work areanPrioritizes and assigns project goals; ensures tasks are completed and work area goals are metnCoordinates with other supervisors and teams to meet the business need and output requirementsnMay coach team members on task and skill proficiency and performance with manager’s guidancenWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.nExercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action; solves moderately complex problems.nConsiders relative value of several alternative solutions to potential issues before making a recommendation to the path forward.nFrequently interacts with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.

Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.nNetworks with senior internal and external peers in own area of expertise.nOversees others by providing work direction and supervision, relying on manager for guidance.nActs as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.nApplies understanding of how the team relates to other related areas to improve efficiency of own team.nRecognizes performance improvements and conveys feedback constructivelynWorks across teams effectively.n n Qualificationsn n BS / BA degree with 5+ years of industry experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience.nMust be able to communicate clearly, both verbal and written, in English.nDemonstrated expertise using Microsoft Excel and Word.n n Technical Writing Skills Preferred.n n Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for staff.nAbility to work hours necessary to support production and / or maintenance activities.nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.
