B2B Content Marketing Manager

Knack Collective is looking for a highly motivated content marketer who loves telling and amplifying brand stories.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining our strategic approach to delivering, publishing, and syndicating best-in-class B2B content across paid, owned, and earned channels.

You’ll play a key role in elevating Knack’s content marketing practice, to ensure we serve the right content (tailored for the right persona / industry / segment) throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities
Perform digital content audits to inform recommendations Define strategic approach to content asset creation and syndication in order to meet brand objectives at scale Own the customer/user journey from start to finish Develop program/campaign briefs for cross-functional teams defining objectives, target audience, content strategies and tactics, key messages, and KPIs Create content narratives mapped back to a brand’s customer offerings and value props Work closely with writers and creatives to ensure narrative thruput across all content assets and touchpoints Partner with media team to track content performance and identify optimization opportunities
Required Skills
& Experience
A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience within the technology sector Hands-on experience developing a variety of B2B content assets and defining syndication strategies to meet brand objectives A passionate storyteller with proven ability to create impactful and differentiated narratives Direct experience working hand-in-hand with a high-functioning B2B sales team Deep understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tactics Multiple years of experience interacting directly with senior-level leadership (brand or agency side) Excellent written and oral communication including delivering presentations Positive attitude and team-player mentality
