Office 365 Program ManagerSummary:The Office 365 Program Manager owns and drives the M365 strategic, technical, and delivery for features and solutions. This includes solutions within the Power Platform in addition to the Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 suite.Ensures that program roadmap aligns with business direction and needs. Provides technical guidance to maintain high ROI of cloud technology investments. Drives understanding of collaboration and communication capabilities and strategy as they enhance business process and maturity.Leads direct reports, outsourcing, and colleagues toward shared vision and execution of capabilities. Works closely with business users at all levels to best utilize technology to increase productivity and profitability of Savers. Drives collaboration across IT teams. Prompts and embodies Savers guiding principles. Provides expert guidance to Savers on technologies assigned. Keeps technologically relevant. Owns understanding Savers business processes.Essential Job Functions:* Manage the M365 services, with special attention to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform* Build and foster business relationship as you work closely with business groups and IT across the entire organization to understand their needs and help adopt best practices* Stay thoroughly up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap* Develop, maintain, and promote product/program roadmaps* Define and manage a unified intranet* Define the future state of M365 utilization in accordance with the Microsoft 365 roadmap* Act as technical contact lead and deliver consistently successful projects, including LOB application development and deployment* Manage development pipeline utilizing agile/scrum methods* Perform SCRUM Product Owner role and functions* Present ideas on roadmap and adoption to senior leadership* Manage and mature outsourcing models for ongoing support of solutions* Prepare and present quarterly program reviews with key stakeholders* Own and drive technical and program capability and feature roadmaps* Vendor management – Where the PMO or its resources are reliant on outside resources or companies to delivery project success* Program management – Provide direct project/program management delivery on Strategic Initiatives as needed* Internal customer management – Continuously work to improve the satisfaction of internal consumers of PMO services, such as Savers department managers, Directors, VPs, or other members of the executive team* Stay apprised of technical details of products in scopeRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Ability to work within Savers culture* Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, cloud technologies, systems development methodology* Lead a geographically distributed team* Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams* In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate* Experienced developing best practices, IT standards, and roadmaps* Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies* Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demos* Proven ability to drive large scale projects/programs with high collaboration and leadership* Experience managing software development life cycle from a business user perspective including:* Gathering & prioritizing system enhancement requests* Defining and reviewing requirements* Performing and managing User Acceptance Testing* Experience with vendor management* Experience with business process engineering* Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions* Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and outcomes* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization* Ability to be detail-oriented and to see the “Big Picture”* Excellent written and oral communications* Solid presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior management* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task without supervision* Ability to maintain confidentiality of all informationMinimum Required Education, Training and Experience:* Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferred* 10+ years of business/industry or IT work experience* 5+ years of experience of developing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions* 5+ years of program/project management experience with Agile/scrum* 3+ years of PMO management or equivalent leadership experience* MS CRM and Dynamics AX experience a plusPhysical Requirements:* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.* Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.* Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.* Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).FLSA Status:* ExemptTools and Equipment Used:* Laptop or desktop computer, phone, copy machine, etc.Travel:* Travel <10%Work Address:* Renton WAPage 1 of 2This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
