To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategoryMarketingJob DetailsWhat you’ll be doing…The Strategy, Planning, and Performance Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and gaining approval of the Americas marketing plan and budget, monitoring performance of all marketing KPIs, and driving improvements and recovery plans where necessary.

In addition, this role is responsible for program management and delivery of Americas wide programs in collaboration with program and campaign marketers (both regionally and globally).The ideal candidate for this role has significant experience in B2B marketing, is a dynamic leader with management experience and has proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment.

They will be instrumental in evolving our go to market strategy and ensuring the successful business performance of the region.

Mentoring, managing and/or collaborating with the full Americas team of field, program, and campaign marketers across multiple disciplines and industries, you will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of the Americas / Global marketing teams, with sales leadership, their teams, and other stakeholders to deliver your goals.Some of the things you’ll be doing include…* Lead the process of developing a comprehensive and integrated marketing plan and budget for the Americas region collaborating with stakeholders across the organization including Americas / Global Marketing teams, sales and other stakeholders* Ensure the optimal management of marketing budget and resources to ensure prioritization of efforts to deliver against KPIs* Lead the process of marketing business reviews, setting the agenda and ensuring the team are focused on the important issues for performance* Monitor performance of all marketing KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities to share best practice and to drive improvements and recovery plans where necessary* Own the coordination and delivery of key marketing programs ensuring delivery to time, quality and cost* To act as a champion for Tableau and the Tableau brand* To be an active and engaged member of the Americas Marketing Leadership Team to deliver their goals and objectives.Who you are…* Experienced.

A proven marketing leader with 10+ years in B2B marketing and operations* Results-oriented.

Numbers and performance driven, you don’t just study the numbers you drive decisions and action to improve the marketing performance.

Tableau product knowledge is strongly desired* Results-oriented.

A planner with vision to fully connect the business objectives to the marketing plan and programs with the ability to make connections and identify opportunities that drive impact* A True Team Player.

A natural collaborator and relationship builder working across different disciplines, time zones and cultures and thrives within a matrix organization* Entrepreneurial.

A highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Tableau’s mission.

Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful* Technically Savvy.

Strong computer skills; proficient with Google.

Eloqua, Slack, Smartsheets, and/or Salesforce experience a plus, but not required.* You are a Recruiter!
