Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Job Functions
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.
- Coordinates and assists team as necessary in completing general apartment maintenance, apartment turns, and general building maintenance.
- Supervises and trains all Plant Operations employees.
- Coordinates scheduled service from outside vendors for all mechanical systems and landscaping.
- Assists in coordination of community events.
- Works as part of the management team.
- Maintains all records pertaining to fire inspections, and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.
- Tracks all expenditures of the department and maintains a written record of all work accomplished.
- Responsible for department budget.
