Job Description

  • Act as a SME on the Dependency Tracker tool
  • Work with the teams to help enter dependencies correctly
  • Own tagging of incoming dependencies in the Dependency Tracker
  • Help ensure all incoming dependencies have been addressed by team members 
  • Follow up with individuals for unaddressed dependencies  
  • Keep the dependency data clean (remove redundancies etc) and provide daily updates by pulling the data into excel and running analyses
  • Ensure all dependencies are rolled into semester planning powerpoint presentation  
  • Build a dashboard and provide daily check-ins
  • Support with other semester planning follow up as needed 


  • Proficient Excel Skills (Macro building, Data cleansing, creating charts, reports, dashboards)
  • Azure Dev Ops experience
  • Technical Documentation experience
