Project Management Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in search of a Project Management Consultant in Snoqualmie, WA. Duties Include Manage and complete projects of an unusually demanding nature in accordance with pre-agreed selection criteria Establish Project Management arrangements, ensuring that all required training, materials, and templates are deployed to all relevant staff Work closely with Sales account owner to ensure good understanding and communication of customer order and expectations Lead cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines Assist in the creation of a comprehensive plan and implementation schedule to ensure installation team readiness Ensure that company charges appropriately for all project management services provided Provide regular analysismetrics on project status Define and manage key metrics and performance analytics Manage escalations and issues Handle related customer complaints, including – Gathering and qualifying any data required to analyze the situation and recommending an appropriate resolution plan Act as liaison and key contact for the installation, linking internal and external perspectives Drive process improvements Ensure that the processes of the quality management system (QMS) are implemented and maintained Maintain a high level of product knowledge on company products and software Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every company employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in related field – (e.g. IT, Engineering – applicable experience accepted in lieu of education) 5+ years of previous experience in related position Experience in a hospital working environment is desirable, and understanding the environment in which our equipment and systems operate is a plus Overall relevant experience determines level PMP certification is highly desirable Successful completion of company training required (including training done at Company location) Must maintain competency in the installation, application, and operation of products Work various shifts as deemed necessary for successful installation and training Required to register with a vendor credentialing service As part of this process, may be required to submit personal information to a credentialing service company, to provide proof of vaccinations or related medical information, and to comply with other requirements needed to be able to work at customer site Demonstrated success with managing multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes Proven ability to deliver results through others, both direct and matrixed Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and hold others accountable Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
