We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as Project Manager.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager include planning marketing campaigns, developing productive relationships with business executives, assembling cross-functional teams, and driving marketing projects on time and within budget.Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing in this role:Serve as the lead point of contact for product managers and executive staff to collect deadlines, budgets, objectives, resources, etcManage project timelines and resource assignments using our project management tool, Monday, to track progress against initial scope, guide day to day activities, measure performance, and respond to change as neededLead/facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are metProactively identify and mitigate risks on all projects and ensure the project stays within scope and on budgetCreate and manage content calendarDevelop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans and files such as instructions, charts, logging, and tracking, etcIdeal qualifications we seek in a candidate:Bachelor’s degree or a related field plus 3 or more years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertified PMP (Project Management Professional) preferredStrong working knowledge of Salesforce and proficient in market research and statistical analysisProficiency in: WordPress, Pardot, Outreach, SEO, and Google Analytics and AdwordsAbility to navigate complex, fluid, and challenging environments and cross-functional programs by maintaining clear project goals and timelinesAbility to apply good judgment, attention to detail, and sound decision-making skills to creating and managing project plansProactive self-starter and solution finder, with a natural desire to accept challenges and complex assignments in a cross-functional environmentAbility to deal with ambiguity and effectively lead and navigate changeWorking here:We enjoy a casual, flexible work culture where collaboration, diversity, and respect are paramount.
